Went for a while there 800 Laguna Southbound, East on De La Guerra, 700 Olive, 600 Olive to Haley then West on Haley to Garden South where he disappeared..
They might have him at 200 East Cota…

I am so sick of bicyclists running stop signs, all the streets downtown and Cabrillo Boulevard, too —- not only could they get themselves badly hurt, but could cause chain reaction accidents of motorists. Thanks to the police for catching at least one of these scofflaws.
