Where do the kids get to hang out if someone takes over Kids World?

Nip this in the bud … I am seeing and smelling this all over town now.
I’m more worried about the off leash dogs then a couple joints but, I don’t see why some people take their vices to the parks..let the kids have the parks free of that kind of crap!
I smoke weed but not around kids yes I’m more concerned about the dogs also…If I was a kid I’d be uncomfortable to play around there.
Was it the dogs smoking marijuana or the subjects?
It was the dogs smoking the weed and blowing shotguns out of their ars…
No intoxicants of any kind, full nudity or fornication should be tolerated at playgrounds and public parks. Those things belong in private. As those doing pot there, they are giving support to the hysteria that made cannabis illegal for years, even denying access to people who need it medically. How stupid is that.
