SB Police are in pursuit of a bicycle thief on bicycle rolling another one alongside. This was in the 900 Block of Cacique westbound then south on Milpas, then west on Cabrillo at approx 5 mph.

SBPD captured the suspect West on Cabrillo from Milpas I watched them go down Milpas and I really thought for a second there the bicyclist was going to get away.
A near By Produce store called in and said the bicycle thief is also a shoplifter they have him on Video stealing beer, cantaloupe, and I think they said Watermelon too…I don’t know if he was camping on Cacique but that is where the pursuit began…
