Police on the Mesa

Lots of law enforcement in the Mesa Lane/Carlton area, early afternoon. About ten police vehicles, staked around the area. Too many for a warrant arrest, I think. Maybe a prowler or suspect who ran away from the scene. Roger? Anyone know what was going down?
