Point Conception

By John Wiley

The wind has been strong enough out at Point Conception in recent weeks, to make flying there less fun and photography much more challenging. This weekend the wind let up long enough for another scenic visit to one of our favorite spots on the coast. Being a weekend, we couldn’t get ATC permission for flying around the point but here are some new pix of the light and keepers quarters. Hope we can get back on a windless weekday for some closeups circling the light and sea caves.
