On Cabrillo, east of State a person was in crosswalk and car hit him on Sunday around 11:00 a.m.
Ambulance arrived with sirens, loaded victim and left with no sirens.

Drove by after the person had been taken to the hospital. There was a bloody white tshirt/towel on the ground. Not a ton of blood, but quite noticeable. Hope they’re alright. The driver appeared very distraught.
So sorry about that! Hope they’re okay! It’s a dangerous crossing, from State to Garden, with lots of people but also lights that seem hard to see.
