A man crossing with his dogs. I wonder if this was near the Santa Claus Lane beach? That’s a sketchy spot for crossing the tracks, especially with dogs

If you read the (brief I know) article above, it says west of Rincon Park, meaning Bates Rd., not Santa Claus
