Paso Robles Man Identified as Hit and Run Victim

The Santa Barbara County Sheriff-Coroner’s Bureau has released the identity of a man who died in a hit and run collision.

The incident took place on Sunday, November 19, on SR-135 southbound, just south of Rice Ranch Road in Orcutt.

The victim has been identified as 33-year-old Mark Lee Rogers from Paso Robles.

Details on the collision and suspected vehicle were not immediately available.
