A paraglider made an emergency landing at Santa Ynez Elementary this afternoon (Tuesday.)
Some online posts made it seem like a nefarious incident, but I’m confirming this was a paraglider and there was no threat to students or the campus.
There were some other paragliders in the sky around the same time although I’m unsure where they were able to land.
