It’s not just a warning, they are going to shut off the power in certain conditions. It will be incredibly annoying. Wish they would maintain their equipment instead!!
Should we be excited about a WARNING? When what we need is for these utilities to bury the lines altogether! When will the safety of our citizens’ take precedence over the profit of government supported utilities? How many more lives need to be lost?
