Frontier does appear to be rolling out FIOS in Santa Barbara. Their websites shows 500/500 Mbps options available in 93105. FiOS 500/500/FiOS TV/Custom Digital Voice for $84 a month plus taxes, equipment rentals, and fees is pretty damn good.
