New Ice Cream Store on Mesa?

Does anyone know anything about a new ice cream parlor opening on the Mesa?

I saw a sign for a store called “Sweeties” opening in the area and looking for help but I can’t find anything online about it and I’m not sure where they’d be opening. Do edhat readers have the “scoop?” (hehe, get it??)
