It hasn’t been raining that hard, but is anyone else concerned about the potential for mudslides in the Whittier and Thomas Fire burn areas? Or is the rain not heavy enough to do that?

I think you meant flood insurance (30 day waiting period, unless its a new purchase). Everyone should already have fir insurance, even if you are just a renter.
