The rain is causing nothing at all, the rain is here and we should rejoice about that : it is people’s INABILITY to drive and LEARN how to drive under “wet” conditions that is causing those collisions.
People keep driving “as usual”, they follow each other way too closely, they haven’t learned or are unwilling to drive more CAUTIOUSLY, this is what is CAUSING those collisions !
Hi Bob, that is listed only as the CHP area of which there are only SLO and Ventura in SB County.
