Pierre Claeyssens Veterans Foundation (PCVF) will be joined by local First Responders as they pay tribute to those who died serving our country on Monday, May 30, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. sharp at the Santa Barbara Cemetery.
Representatives of local first responders attending include:
The California Highway Patrol, Santa Barbara Area
Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office
Santa Barbara Police Department
Santa Barbara City Fire Department
Santa Barbara County Fire Department
Montecito Fire Protection District
They will also be joined by the University of California, Santa Barbara ROTC, the Santa Barbara Choral Society and the Gold Coast Pipe Band ending with a thrilling flyover of the Condor Squadron’s four T-6 Texan airplanes.

“We are looking forward to the community joining us this Memorial Day as we honor those who passed and served us,” says VFW Lifetime Member and PCVF co-founder Lt. John Blankenship (USN, former). “We hope to see fellow veterans, those currently serving the country and our supporters at this hour long free event.”
