At lunchtime, I saw an elderly man being worked on by paramedics in one of the aisles in Gelsons. Shoppers were still strolling around with their baskets and standing in the long lines at the tills. I hope he made it OK: does anyone know if he’s all right?
Shoppers were still strolling around, people were in line at the tills. What did you think? That they should be gathered in a crowd around the medically distressed elderly man? That they should put down their shopping and leave the store? Were they even aware that someone was being attended to by paramedics?
