Day 5 Answer

This winged turtle lives in the majestic fountain of the La Arcada Plaza in downtown Santa Barbara at 1114 State Street.

The turtle’s name is “Amelia,” sculpted by the late Bud Bottoms and named after the famous pilot and explorer, Amelia Earhart.
