Day 13 Answer

This family of Spotted Skunk is located in the La Arcada Plaza in downtown Santa Barbara, specifically in front of Andersen’s Bakery and the Yes Store at the corner of Figueroa and State Streets.

The late Bud Bottoms sculpted these furry creatures as part of the “Indigenous Animals of the Channel Islands” installation hidden in the planter boxes.
