Day 12 Answer
Well this one was a game changer with only 3 players getting this right.
This seaworthy ship is located on the sign of the Pilgrim Terrace Cooperative Homes at the corner of Pilgrim Terrace Drive and Modoc, directly across the street from the entrance of La Cumbre Jr. High School.
“The mission of Pilgrim Terrace Cooperative Homes (“PTCH”) non-profit is to empower low-income seniors and individuals with disabilities to live independently in a supportive community that encourages and facilitates healthy nutrition, mental and physical activity, and social interaction,” according to their website.

Pilgrims! dang.
Whoa!
Oof! Tough one!
We were never even close.
And I drive by this one all the time! Never registered. Now I’m always going to notice it, courtesy of edhat and my missing points.
I’ve seen it too in my past and was no where near it in my searching. I thought for sure it was the Santa Maria so my searches were all very “Columbus-y” and yielding nothing.
I’d love to know how others found this one – whether by image search or by being physically there!
I drive by this one often, also, but when I first saw the sign I was thinking it might be somewhere in Goleta. My mind wandered. Then while I was brushing my teeth, I thought about someone I used to know who lived there and thought, ‘HOLD ON, THATS MARCH EDNESS!” Google earth confirmed.
How cool! That’s why I love Edness! Can we do this more than just once a year?
“Day12”!!! now that’s a short list… I also was under the assumption this was a Santa Maria thing. I guess the umbrella to the right should have seen a tip off. Off by two (2) now, dang. (and I’m not even in the running!)
