ANSWER

This bright red showpiece in a field of green is easy to spot if you’re not looking at the ocean. It’s part of the playground at Washington Elementary School on the Mesa, right across from the 100 block of Meigs Road. It’s pretty far away and we had to zoom in considerably to get it.
