ANSWER

This is a new addition to downtown Santa Barbara. It’s the Plaza Granada mural located in the newly renovated breezeway between 1224 and 1226 State Street, connecting to the back public parking lot. The mural emphasizes the performing arts was painted in 2021 by two Santa Barbara muralists, Tracy Lee Stum and Sayak Mitra.
