ANSWER

This mural is painted by Leslie Lewis Sigler on the north-facing wall of 123 Santa Barbara Street in Santa Barbara’s “Funk Zone.” Sigler is a California-based artist who explores family objects as “families” of objects.

“Silver family heirlooms, such as flatware and vessels, intrigue me because they seem to have an eternal life: although they may tarnish and age beyond recognition, polishing them quickly returns their original luster,” according to her website.
