This beautiful tile mosaic is on the back of a bench located at the end of Holly Street in Carpinteria as it leads to the beach. The mosaic is dedicated to Foster Markolf, a 22-year Carpinteria resident who passed away in 2018. He had a beautiful life that can be read through the obituary on Coastal View News.
