ANSWER

This mural is located on the back wall of the Eastside Branch Library at 1102 E. Montecito Street in Santa Barbara.

It’s called “Libraries, Where Adventures Begin – En las Bibliotecas Empiezan las Aventuras” and was created by the Santa Barbara Arts Alliance. It pays homage to the importance of local libraries by depicting inspirational images, words, and historic figures.
