Two low flying helicopters over Montecito June 9, 20/21 flyover at 12:40 AM and second flyover at 12:54 a.m. Windows rattling and waking the whole house up. Does anyone know what is going on?

I heard and felt them too. In Santa Barbara area (mid State Street). Scary feeling
I think they were practicing anti-riot suppression techniques in case things get out of hand here in SB, as in DC. Gotta be prepared for “insurrection” with “total domination of the battle space”, “overwhelming military force to put down the lawless rioters and looters”, and total disregard for the Constitution.
