I received this message from a Board Member of the Los Olivos School District about Dr. Dudek resigning as Superintendent.
Late last year she was placed on administrative leave after complaints from teachers and parents about her bizarre behavior and some type of investigation. Is there any light parents can shed on this weird circumstance?
The full message reads:
On behalf of the Los Olivos Elementary School Board, I would like to report that Dr. Vicky Dudek resigned as Principal/Superintendent effective Friday, January 31, 2020. Dr. Pamela Able will continue as Interim Superintendent and Amy Willis will continue as teacher in charge for the time being. The Board will begin the process of finding a permanent replacement for Dr. Dudek. The Board appreciates the tremendous efforts of the teachers and staff to keep Los Olivos running smoothly during this time of transition.

She was at Los Olivos far too long when you speak with teachers, parents, board members & community people. She finally figured it out.
The staff & most parents will tell you Dudek should have never been hired in the first place. It was a toxic relationship from the get-go.
