We were astounded to glance up from the Tuesday downtown Farmer’s Market and see tinges of green in our mountains already! Can it possibly be that those scorched slopes have some green so soon, or was it some trick of the evening light? Maybe just a tiny bit of grass that won’t stop erosion in a good rain, but will some of it survive long enough to at least help a little in the Fall?
