Women who have experienced sexual assault or inappropriate sexual behavior from a 37-year-old male nurse, Graham Fusch, in the Emergency Room at St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard or the Lompoc Valley Medical Center are asked to contact attorney Trevor Quirk, at 805-650-7778, or at trevor@quirklawyers.com. Quirk is representing another female patient who was allegedly sexually assaulted while a patient in St. John’s Emergency Room in March 2022.

The Oxnard Police Department’s Family Protection Unit investigated, arrested, and charged Fusch with sexual assault. (https://www.facebook.com/OxnardPD/posts/326624149499245) He has since been released on bail. Quirk is now asking additional victims to step forward and corroborate his own client’s experience.
“It is completely unacceptable for anyone—let alone a healthcare provider—to violate a patient’s safety and trust in the way my client has been violated,” Quirk said. “We are hoping that her courage will inspire other victims to step forward and hold Fusch and St. John’s accountable.”
Victims, witnesses, or anyone with information about Fusch are encouraged to contact Quirk at 805-650-7778, trevor@quirklawyers.com
