On Monday, September 23, Target’s contractor will be paving on Hollister Avenue and will have one eastbound lane closed from just west of Santa Felicia Drive to approximately 300 feet east of Cortona Drive from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The paving work is necessary for the completion of Target’s water and fire line installation. Please plan your commute accordingly. A map of the affected area is available below.

Man, that is one dated photo. Remember when Goleta still had open fields? Pre-Hilton Garden Inn, pre-Hollister Village. Oh, for the simpler days of a few years ago.
I think Target is opening in November I heard. I just don’t remember the exact date.
