La Fiesta Pequeña Dazzles Crowds

By the edhat staff

The annual dance-filled event charmed audiences at Old Mission Santa Barbara on Wednesday evening.

Since 1927 La Fiesta Pequeña, “Little Fiesta”, has demonstrated a colorful, historical program that includes traditional songs and dance from Californios Spirit and last night was no different.

Hundreds of locals and visitors filled the Rose Garden and Mission steps to watch historic and modern dances, hear delightful vocals, and take in the fantastical costumes.

This free public event is the unofficial kickoff to Fiesta week full of parties, parades, music, and revelry. View the complete calendar of events here: https://www.sbfiesta.org/events-calendar
