Reported to be yelling..
UTL Passerby says he heard or saw…Nothing.
Area reported to be clear…One Officer on a Group nearby..
The others are responding they scattered North toward the Canary Hotel possibly in lot 2..They were at Canon Perdido and Chapala.
The group is at Carrillo and Chapala now heading into lot 3..
Checking the area.. Now UTL Unable to locate clearing the call..
The headline says ‘juvenile gang types’. Being juvenile is pretty obvious, but how can you tell a “gang type”? Is it because of the “group” mentioned later?
Because that is what the dispatcher said…lol
