Edhat StaffJerry Donald Barber of Santa Ynez unexpectedly passed away of a heart attack at home on August 8, 2017. He was born in Bell, California on November 16, 1942 to Donald P. and Eva M. Barber. The Barber family relocated to Santa Barbara circa 1952, where Jerry attended elementary and junior high school, graduating from Santa Barbara High in 1961.
