    With all the mentally unstable and/or drug users on our street in our family neighborhoods
    the City wonders why we worry about our children at the local parks & beaches, riding their bikes, walking.
    SB is becoming a place like any other big liberal city, unsafe to go for a walk, govt not caring about the majority of the people who happen to pay their huge salaries.
    Take care of the majority of people, not allow the minority to terrorize people in their own neighborhoods.
