Identity of Victim in Fatal Vehicle Collision Identified

The Coroner’s Bureau is releasing the name of the decedent from the vehicle accident on Saturday 9/26 on Highway 135 at Graciosa Road near Santa Maria.
The decedent is 44-year-old Marcus Irving of Santa Maria.
CHP is handling the traffic collision investigation.
One person has died from a vehicle collision on Highway 135 at Graciosa Road near Orcutt on Saturday morning.
At 7:16 a.m., the Santa Barbara County Fire Department, California Highway Patrol (CHP), AMR ground ambulance, and Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the scene and found a single-vehicle rollover with one occupant inside.
Upon further investigation, it was determined that the occupant was declared dead at the scene.
The cause of the collision is under investigation by the CHP.
