Hit and Run on Constance

There was a hit and run where a driver hit a man on a scooter at De La Vina and Constance around noon on Thursday. The suspect is an older white male with white hair driving a silver Mercedes SUV. If you have any information about this please contact officer J. Williams at the SBPD, thank you.
