CHP is reporting four vehicles were involved in a collision on Highway 154 near W. Camino Cielo Road.

A passerby reported to CHP that vehicles began doing three-point turns in the roadway blocking opposite lanes of travel.

The roadway was reopened around 2:30 p.m.

A section of Highway 154 is closed due to a multi-vehicle traffic collision on Thursday afternoon.

California Highway Patrol (CHP) shut down the state route between SR-192 and SR-246 near Santa Ynez.

The traffic collision took place around 12:13 p.m. near West Camino Cielo.

Highway 101 is an alternative route. There is no estimated time of reopening.
