Seven people were injured in a single-vehicle rollover collision on Highway 101 near Buellton late Wednesday evening.
At 11:42 p.m., Santa Barbara County firefighters responded to the incident near the Highway 154 interchange. Seven people had self-extricated from the vehicle with varying degrees of injuries.
One CalStar helicopter and three ambulances were requested. One person suffered a critical injury and was transported to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital via helicopter, three people suffered moderate injuries and were transported via ground ambulance, three others suffered minor injuries.
Highway 101 northbound was closed for a period of time following this incident. California Highway Patrol is investigating.
