Is this really a serious question? Has the OP not noticed this for a long time or on other streets? lol
Localmatt–until vehicle makers make cell-phone use while the engine is on impossible, cell phone addicts will continue to ignore their own safety and the safety of others. A chip in the engine block that blocks all calls except 911 would do that, but would be very unpopular. Cell phones have just been classified as an addiction like alcohol, nicotine and gambling. Wonder what took so long! Because your vehicle is so big, you are less at risk than us little guys except for jerks cutting you off.
