Halloween State

State Street on Halloween is always fun it seems, and this year was no exception for us. The family time around sunset is sweet even though the camera can barely manage. We like how it changes after dark too, but pix without flash are often grainy and blurry. Hope we’ll see snaps others got this year around town (and I.V.).
