Small hail fell on Hwy 154 near Paradise Road Monday morning creating hazardous driving conditions.  A reminder to slow down and drive with caution as this first major rain event of the season creates slick roads.  We don’t want to meet you by accident.

In the past 24 hours, rain totals for Santa Barbara County have ranged from 0.5″ to 2″. And it’s still coming down!
