Update by Santa Barbara City Fire Department
The Santa Barbara City Fire Department is currently on scene of a gas main break in the intersection of Haley and Bath Streets. A two-inch gas line has been ruptured. Fire personnel have conducted needed evacuations and are awaiting response from the Gas Company repair crew. Currently two engines, a ladder truck and battalion chief are on scene. At this time the northbound offramp at Bath Street is closed. Additionally, the intersection of Bath and Haley Street is closed. SBPD and CHP are assisting with street closures.
Unknown ETA for repair.

Possibly a gas leak. Road is closed down Haley and de la vina. Fire trucks police. I could smell the gas from a block away on chapala.
