We used to race through Hope Ranch all the time. This is over 30 years ago, but everyone did it. No organized event just vs friends. Super selfish and irresponsible. It stopped, for our group, when a friend wrapped their parent’s BMW around a tree.
“everyone” = “I didn’t hang with people who weren’t stupid and wealthy”
slow down arm chair detective.
That tree vs BMW, eucalyptus wasn’t it?
Of course. Lots of euc’s up there just minding their own business.
First of all the tree is a palm, and it was never hit in the first place. Hats not off 2 reading the article and looking at the photos.
