Firearm Located at Pioneer Valley High School

By the Santa Maria Police Department

Today SMPD Officers received a call of a firearm located in a vehicle at Pioneer Valley High School.

The school opted to conduct a lock down of the campus as officers were responding to the location.

Ultimately, a firearm was located in a vehicle on campus, and it was secured. The lockdown has been lifted, and this is stil an active investigation.
