Code 415: A fight between two subjects over a parking spot in the 3000 Block of State Street. The fight resulted in one spraying the other with a fire extinguisher. SBPD is on scene.

I wonder if the parking pressure created by the Planning Department’s lack of spaces in new developments contributed to this? I think this will become very common and the AUD and ADU programs add more cars to our neighborhoods but not any more parking spaces.
