Multi Vehicle Acc. SBC on scene with a 3 car accident at Union Valley Pkwy and Hwy 135, Orcutt. 1 fatality and 2 red tags transported by ground to MMC. Heavy extrication required.        C/T 2057. Under investigation. Traffic restrictions in area.
