Fatal Motorcycle Collision in Los Alamos

A motorcyclist has died after colliding with a vehicle on Highway 101 near Los Alamos.

Santa Barbara County firefighters responded to southbound lanes at the Bell Street offramp where a motorcycle collided with a passenger vehicle, according to Captain Daniel Bertucelli.

The motorcyclist rider was declared dead on the scene. The driver of the vehicle was not injured.

The identity of the motorcyclist has not yet been released.

The collision is under investigation.
