The Santa Barbara County Coroner has identified the victim as Kenneth Dean Fink, 84, of Santa Barbara.

Sad to report someone has passed away after jumping from the downtown courthouse clock tower.
Happened around 4:30p (Sunday, April 23) when reports came in about a jumper from the observation deck. An adult male was discovered on side of the courthouse facing Anacapa street.
Identity will probably be released at a later date. RIP to this man.
