My lay opinion suspicion is that the commentators have no expert knowledge of whether or not it is better to deposit the freeway mud on the side of the road or on the beach. Opinions seem simply to ooze out and most are critical of any action taken by the people who actually have to deal with this (or any) mess. Please show bit of understanding and respect.
