Meet Spencer! This sweet and clever Jack Russell mix is between 1-2-yrs-old, and weighing in at 9 pounds, he’s the perfect companion dog! He can be slow to warm up to strangers, but with patience and treats, he’s made improvements every day. Spencer gets on well with other dogs, loves to go on hikes, and play with his toys.
