Dog of the Week: Penny

Hi! My name is Penny and I’m at the Santa Barbara Campus. I am a 13 year old Silky Terrier. Yes, I’m an older gal, but I still have a spring in my step and a song in my heart. I’m not up for running a marathon, but I do enjoy going for walks and sniffing all the things around me. Also, I really enjoy my food! I’ve had a few teeth pulled, but I can eat soft food like a champ and I do so with gusto. I’m friendly, but I would like a quiet home to spend my golden years in (gotta get those naps!). If I sound like your kind of furry companion, please come visit me and consider making me your newest family member.

Interested in meeting me? Adoption Centers are open daily 12-4:30pm, closed Wednesdays. Adoptions are on a first-come first served basis. For more information please email Adopt@SBHumane.org or call 805-964-4777.
